Description - Rare Akuma is an edit of Akuma created by Phantom.of.the.Server (P.o.t.S) which has a rather odd twist in his moveset, as well as a huge variety of other moves he can execute. Rare Akuma is problably the most powerful Akuma character ever created. He uses automatic KO, 999-hit Shun Goku Satsu. This character is almost impossible to defeat using standard characters.
