Using MugenDB

• MugenDB is free for personal, non-commercial use.
• The site isn't intended for children under 13. If you're under 13, don't use the site or send us personal information.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, disrupt it, spam it or copy it in bulk with automated tools.
• If you use MugenDB from outside the United States, you're responsible for following your local laws.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, with or without notice.

Content and credits

The Mugen creations listed on MugenDB belong to their authors. Characters, names and logos from commercial games, anime and comics belong to their respective owners.

Downloads are for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't sell them, re-upload them as your own or remove credits from someone else's work, and follow the usage rules in each creator's readme.

The MugenDB name and site

The MugenDB name, logo and the site's original text and design belong to MugenDB. Don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work without our written permission.

Your submissions

When you send us content through our forms, you confirm that:

• you made it, or you have the author's permission to share it;
• it doesn't break these terms or anyone else's rights.

You allow MugenDB to publish a page about your submission, including its name, description, images and download link, and to edit that page for formatting. You remain responsible for what you submit. We may decline or remove any submission.

External links and downloads

MugenDB doesn't host files. Download links point to third-party sites that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or availability, or for any harm caused by files downloaded from them. See our Disclaimer for details.

No warranty

The site and its information are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or up to date. To the extent allowed by law, MugenDB isn't liable for any damage that results from using the site or content linked from it.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect creators' and rights holders' rights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on MugenDB infringes your copyright, email legal@mugendb.com with:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• the copyrighted work you believe was infringed (or a representative list, if there are several);
• the page address (URL) of the material you want removed;
• your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to material that infringes copyright and stop accepting submissions from people who repeatedly send infringing content. Knowingly false claims may make you liable for damages. This email address is for copyright notices only. For anything else, use the contact page.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use MugenDB and how it's used.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they're published on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using MugenDB after a change, you accept the new terms.
