Batsu Ichimonji - R@CE

Description - This version of Batsu plays similar to CVS style chars with Chain Combos that are optional to be turned on or off and also with a Palette Selector that can be turned on or off in the config file too. Normal attacks can chain into specials and Specials into Super Moves. Super Moves can Cancel into each other.
