Mr. X - SeanAltly

Description - Mr.X is a villain from Resident Evil 2 game. This version of tyrant by SeanAltly is the only one available for M.U.G.E.N right now. He has pretty simple gameplay that's pretty accurate to the way he fights in RE2 and Darkside Chronicles. Basically, he can absorb two hits without reeling, so every third hit he starts reacting to being attacked and can be launched and combo'd. He has 2 supers, Tyrant Onslaught and Tyrant Mutilation.
