Description - Marvin the Martian is a villain of the Looney Tunes series, a small, ant-like creature whose design was inspired by the Roman god Mars. This version of Marvin the Martian for Mugen was developed by DDR with a moveset heavily faithful to the cartoons relying heavily on his devices to keep the opponent at bay.
