Kang - Warner
Description - Kang is a character in the animated television series The Simpsons that want to take over Earth and is usually seen attacking Springfield. This Kang for Mugen created by Warner has a special move called Midnight Bliss, where he zaps the opponent, turning them into an alternative version of themselves, then he proceeds to suck the opponent dry with his front two tentacles.
